The Funeral Portrait
TFP is a four-piece emotional rock outfit hailing from Atlanta, Georgia. Consisting of Lee Jennings (vocals), Cody W. (guitar), Rob W. (bass), and Homer U. (drums). The band blends elements of rock and roll, punk rock, and theater all under a blanket of pop sensibility as they paint their stories of love, loss, anger, and grief onto a canvas of skillfully crafted songs. The Funeral Portrait hit the ground running in late 2014 and since then has done over 25 tours sharing the road with: From Ashes To New, Palisades, Alesana, Emery, Islander, and Capture The Crown along with playing shows along the way with: Underoath, Issues, PVRIS, August Burns Red, 10 Years, Starset, Escape The Fate and more.
What happens when you take true hip-hop lyricism and mix it with djent riffs, metal growls, and a pound of weed? The results are proven dangerous. After the dust settled from this Trap Metal explosion, out came DROPOUT KINGS.
Fight Like Sin is an aggressive hard rock band from Lafayette, Indiana. The group was formed in early 2012 by lead vocalist and guitarist Cody Hughes and drummer Tim Stepp. Drew Luigs would join the band as Bassist/backing vocals in 2015, and guitarist Rob Barr joining in early 2016.
Fight Like Sin brings you a new, crisp, heavy rock sound that blends an unconventional lower tuning with an occasional harmonized melody. Similar sounding artist would include: Chevelle, Breaking Benjamin, and Evans Blue.
The band has released a pair of EP's titled Surrender Nothing (2013) and Singularity(2016). Tracks from Surrender Nothing and Singularity have been featured on various radio stations in the midwest and on streaming media sites all around the world. Since their inception, Fight Like Sin has shared the stage with talented artists like Eye Empire, Taproot, Dive, Like A Storm, HED (PE), and more.
Fight Like Sin is currently booking shows for 2017 in support of Singularity
